There is no discount for orders of one to four books. For orders of five or more books, we extend a 20% discount. All purchases are non-returnable (unless the merchandise is damaged upon receipt). Our terms are net 30. If you would like us to ship faster than USPS media mail, please specify otherwise on the purchase order. Buyer pays shipping costs. Shipping is FOB Ashland Ohio

Shipping: Books are best shipped via the Post Office's "Media Mail". We can ship via truck, UPS or Federal Express but do not recommend them for long distances, as the rates are considerably higher. Shipping is FOB Ashland Ohio.

Claims on damaged goods or short shipments must be made within ten (10) days of receipt by buyer. Claims on defective goods such as misprints, missing pages, page misalignments, pages out of order, and so on must be made within 180 days of invoice date. You will be credited with return postage on defective merchandise.

STOP orders are accepted at list, less 40% plus $4.00 per order.
